2. Cancelation Policy
You may cancel an order within 24 hours in order to receive full refund. Once processing begins and the item(s) is/are shipped, you may still request cancellation; however, we will not be held responsible for any shipping and handling cost. Refund will be issued upon receipt of items returned.

It is our goal that you are satisfied with every purchase; however, if we will accept all returns within 30 days of confirmation received for full refund providing the merchandise meet the following: Must remain in original package Not opened Not used Not modified Returned with packing slip

5. Return Processing Fee
A return processing flat fee of US $13.95 will be charged to customer’s payment method used for items over $60.
A flat fee of $8.95 will be charged for merchandise valued less than $60.
6. Refund Timeline
• It could approximately 14 business days to receive and process a refund to the payment method previously used. We ask that you be patient during this process.
• Once received, please allow up to 72 hours for us to issue a credit to your payment method.
7. Defective Merchandise
Any item not meeting our quality assurance standards may be returned unless it was already used, worn, washed, and/or modified. Upon receipt we will cancel the item ordered we will issue a full refund for that specific item. We request that you order a new order for the same item, which we will ship at no cost to you our valued customer. If the item is no longer available, you may choose to use a credit toward another product or we will issue a refund.
8. Incorrect Size or Color Items
We would sincerely apologize for sending any incorrect size or color items but please contact customer service at customerservice@minervaroyalt.com before returning any items. Processing fees will be your responsibility if you do not contact us before returning items. Please have your order number available and let us know the differences between the merchandise you ordered versus the merchandise you received. We will gladly expedite an exchange for the correct item or process a refund upon receipt of incorrect item (s). You may then return the item to:
